“You don't have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step”
– Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Are your circumstances not quite as you wanted them to be? Is it hard to cope with certain feelings? Is work over-shadowing your personal life? Does it feel that family problems are overwhelmingly hard to handle? Are you worried about divorce or your marriage?

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck by your circumstances or going round in circles as if nothing was ever going to change, then counselling with a profesional like me can help.
Wether Online and/or Face to Face in my Canary Wharf Clinic, you will find a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can explore troubling thoughts and emotions related to your work, personal life or both. I can help you look at how you feel or react to situations and people to get a better understanding at how you experience things. Whilst counselling progresses and we gain insight into your experiences, this understanding gives you the time and space to come to choices and solutions that are right for you.
